This is the first video from our “Viewers Video” segment where we showcase greenpowerscience inspired work or other work that offers great ideas in the Green Energy Field. Joe Carruth built this by himself and this is the third prototype of his design. The unit weighs 1.5 tons and is 12.5 ft x 14.5 ft of active collection area. He currently manually tracks the sun for testing and hopes to get some funding to bring this project to a self contained version that can be available for Alternative Power production.
What is cradle to cradle? en.wikipedia.org Hey all you youtubers, welcome to the first webcast of Cradle to Consumer. What I would like to do in the following videos is introduce cradle to cradle products to you and if you’re not familiar with cradle to cradle, let me just briefly explain it. Cradle to cradle is a design philosophy in which there’s no waste. So these certain products can only consist of two components, something that can be recycled over and over, and something that can safely decompose into the environment. So in this way, they don’t have waste. If you’re interested in buying green products, these videos are definitely for you because cradle to cradle products are very green. One thing I would like to mention is that some cradle to cradle products are for industrial use and some are for consumers. I will be covering both though, so you just have to keep a look out for that. Another thing I would like to mention is that these videos are not going to be product reviews, they’re product introductions because I won’t have the product on hand. But this is where you come in, if any of you have used these products, please write a review and leave it in the comment section. I think we would all love to know how well they work. Alright, well thank you for watching the first webcast of Cradle to Consumer and I’ll catch you next time. Cradle to Cradle® and C2C® are trademarks of MBDC, LLC.
